Using PocketCall
Terms of Service

The short version: PocketCall is a support tool for identifying possible accidental calls and helping you recover afterward. It cannot guarantee that every accidental call will be detected or that every alert or recovery action will be available on every device.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you download, access, or use the PocketCall Android app or the pocketcallpro.com website. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use PocketCall.
What PocketCall does
PocketCall uses supported Android call-state information, permissions, system roles, settings, and available device sensors to identify possible accidental outgoing calls and present recovery options. PocketCall does not block, end, redirect, or record your phone calls.
Detection limitations
PocketCall is provided on a best-effort basis. Detection may vary according to your Android version, phone manufacturer, hardware sensors, permissions, notification settings, battery controls, network conditions, and the circumstances of each call. PocketCall may miss an accidental call or may occasionally identify an intentional call as accidental. You remain responsible for checking your call history and communications.
Recovery messages and calls
PocketCall may prepare a recipient and recovery message and open your selected messaging app. You are responsible for reviewing the recipient and message before sending. PocketCall does not guarantee that a message will be sent or delivered. Calling, messaging, carrier, and data charges may apply under your own service plan.
Your responsibilities
- Use PocketCall lawfully and responsibly.
- Review recipients and recovery messages before sending them.
- Do not rely on PocketCall for emergencies, safety-critical communication, or guaranteed call prevention.
- Keep your device, Android system, Google Play services, and PocketCall reasonably up to date.
PocketCall Pro and Google Play
PocketCall Pro is offered as a one-time in-app purchase where available. Google Play processes purchases, displays the applicable local price, and manages payment, refunds, and purchase records under Google’s terms. Pro access may require the Google account used for the original purchase and an internet connection to verify or restore that purchase.
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the PocketCall Privacy Policy. PocketCall primarily processes its detection and recovery information locally on your device.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features as PocketCall, Android, Google Play, and supported devices evolve. We may update these terms, with the effective date above showing the latest version.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, PocketCall is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, detection accuracy, or delivery of recovery communications. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
