PocketCall Data Deletion

PocketCall does not use Facebook Login and does not require access to your Facebook or Instagram account.

Delete information stored by the app

PocketCall stores settings, recovery messages, contact classifications, recovery history, and custom recordings locally on your Android device. PocketCall does not operate an app server that receives this information.

You can delete the locally stored information in either of these ways:

1. Open Android Settings → Apps → PocketCall → Storage, then choose Clear data or Clear storage; or
2. Uninstall PocketCall from your device.

Menu names may differ slightly between Android devices. Clearing app data or uninstalling PocketCall removes the app’s locally stored settings and history from that device.

Request deletion of support information

If you have contacted PocketCall support and want personal information associated with that correspondence deleted, email support@pocketcallpro.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Please email from the address used for the original correspondence and include enough information for us to identify the relevant request. Do not send passwords, payment information, or unnecessary sensitive information. We will process valid requests in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Google Play information

Google Play separately controls purchase records, payment information, and information associated with your Google account. Manage that information through your Google account and Google Play settings or contact Google Play support. Deleting PocketCall’s local app data does not delete Google Play purchase records.
